After being closed for almost two years motorists who use Lichfield Trent Valley railway station are now able to park there again.
London Midland says they've finally restored power to its car park.
It was shut a few months after being opened in 2014 while a bridge was demolished.
More than 40% of drivers tested positive for drugs after being stopped as part of the West Midlands Police Christmas crackdown.
Of the 130 motorists stopped 54 tested positive.
The youngest who tested positive for alcohol was 18 and the oldest 75.

Tareena Shakil has admitted travelling to the country but denies becoming a member of IS.
The 26-year-old also denies encouraging acts of terror on Twitter.
A van used for selling pies which was stolen from Birmingham at the weekend has been found in a car park.
The van called Claude is used by a company called Pietanic.

West Midlands Police said the van had been seized after it was discovered in a pub car park in Rugby.
Police say forensics are now being carried out.

Charity Meningitis Now is creating a Futures Garden inspired by the bravery of families affected by the disease.
Liam Doyle, from Earlswood, caught bacterial meningitis in July 2010 at just seven weeks old and went on to contract it twice more.
