British company Liberty House has completed the £100m purchase of part of Tata Steel UK.
The deal secures the jobs of 1,700 workers at plants across the country including 100 jobs in Wednesbury.

Police have put out an urgent appeal to find Alisha Buchanan,, external 16, and her six-month old baby, Liyarna, who have been missing from their home in Sutton Coldfield since Sunday evening.
West Midlands Police say the 16-year-old is known to have connections around Birmingham, including Edgbaston, Lozells, Sutton Coldfield and Kitts Green.
A woman from Worcester who was a victim of breast surgeon Ian Paterson is calling for a public inquiry into his practices.
The 59-year-old surgeon is to be sentenced later this month after being found guilty of 17 counts of wounding with intent relating to nine women and one man.
Paula Gelsthorpe is planning to take her own civil action against Paterson for two lumpectomies he carried out on her.

Suffolk official Abi Marriott was left speechless after being told she will be an assistant referee at this season’s Women’s FA Cup Final, external.
The 25-year-old from Mildenhall will be running the line at the match between Birmingham City and Manchester City at Wembley Stadium on Saturday, 13 May.
"It is definitely the pinnacle of my career," Marriott said.
"Every referee dreams of walking out at Wembley for a national final."
Abi was encouraged to take up the whistle six years ago by her fiancé and fellow referee George Byrne.
"When I started I had no idea I would get this far, but as I’ve progressed my achievable targets have changed."
