A grieving mother's complaints over police when her baby's ashes were spilled during a search have not been upheld by the police watchdog.

    What?

Police attended a property at which Ms Wright was staying in relation to reports of the theft of goods, of which she was not suspected. The ashes were kept in a teddy bear there and Ms Wright complained she was not told about their spillage, and also alleged an officer tried to cover up what happened.

But the IPCC - which examined officers' body-worn cameras - found police believed the bear to be a "microwaveable warmer" and unaware of its significance, with the officer who spilled the bear's precious contents saying he replaced "all but a small amount". No evidence of a cover up was found.

    Where?

And that's not us saying we've yet to design the services which will be fit for the future, it's just us saying are these existing services the right services to have in place, in the right places, going forward?"
