Signs have gone up on Shropshire's highest hill warning walkers that they're not welcome unless they come from one of 10 surrounding parishes.
They've been put up on Brown Clee Hill by the Burwarton Estate which owns 11,000 acres between Ludlow and Bridgnorth, including the hill.
It said the measures are to keep the estate's residents and workers safe.
The minor injury units in Malvern, Evesham and Tenbury have been closed until the end of February as staff are redeployed to community hospitals.
The Herefordshire and Worcestershire Health and Care NHS Trust, which runs the units, said the increased demand for healthcare workers was a "combination" of Covid-19 and other factors.

A King Charles spaniel who was stolen two days before Christmas has been reunited with her owner.
Alan Chamberlain, who is 77, was heartbroken when Penny went missing, saying he was all he had left after the death of his wife last year.
She was last seen on CCTV being taken away by a man in a car.
But last night she was found by Stacey Bushell from Walsall "soaking wet and running in main country lanes".
Mr Chamberlain, who "sobbed loudly" on Christmas Day over Penny's disappearance, said: "I am crying again now but these are now tears of happiness as I have been reunited with my little companion.
"Penny is back home with me now, she is very dirty, tired and a little confused, but I’ve just let have some space and rest."
Motorway police said a car stopped on the M6 near Stafford had five occupants from different households who were travelling from Cardiff to Manchester to "visit friends".
They were also travelling at 100mph, CMPG said.
Fines have been issued for breaching coronavirus restrictions and speeding.

Minor Injury Units (MIUs) are to be temporarily closed from midnight in Malvern, Evesham and Tenbury.
Staff will be redeployed to support community hospitals in the area which are experiencing higher than normal demands, said Worcestershire Health and Care NHS Trust.
The MIUs at Kidderminster Hospital and Treatment Centre and at the Princess of Wales Community Hospital in Bromsgrove are unaffected and will remain open as normal, it said.
The closures, until the end of February, will be regularly reviewed.

A reduced rail timetable is to be introduced from next week, said West Midlands Railway.
The timetable, which comes into effect on Monday, 18 January, reflects the reduced number of passengers as well as the increased number of railway staff unable to work due to shielding or self-isolating, the company said.
