Paper copies of planning documents drawn up by Stratford-on-Avon District Council will no longer be available in libraries.
The documents, including neighbourhood plans and planning applications, had been available prior to the coronavirus lockdowns, but the service will not be repeated now that the doors are open again.
The "main point" of the move is the amount of paper the plans generate, said John Careford, the council’s policy manager for enterprise, housing and planning.
Paper copies will still be available upon application, he added.
