Appeal after boy, 16, robbed in Nuneatonpublished at 10:15 Greenwich Mean Time 12 November 2021
Police are appealing for witnesses after a 16-year-old boy was robbed in Nuneaton.
Warwickshire Police said it was alleged to have happened on Thorntons Way at 22:00 on Tuesday.
The force said two men on a black motorcycle pulled up alongside the boy. The passenger dismounted and threatened the boy with a knife, ordering him to hand over his possessions.
A mobile phone and cash was taken and the two men made off on the motorcycle up Thorntons Way, turning left into Ansley Road.
The driver of the motorcycle is described as a man, small in height and of large build. He wore a light grey Nike tracksuit and black helmet.
The pillion passenger is described as small in height and of slim build. He wore a blue and white tracksuit and a red helmet with white stripes and spoke with a local accent.
The motorcycle was described as being black, possibly a superbike of a 16 or 17 plate registration.
Witnesses should call police on 101.
