"It is not about getting justice for my sister, it is getting answers to questions we have as a family.
"I'm never going to get justice for my sister because nobody is going to bring her back, obviously,"

Up to 65 jobs could be created under plans to open a new residential SEND school.
Plans have been revealed for a farmhouse just outside Albrighton in Shropshire to be redeveloped into a school, with three residential homes accommodating 18 children.
The seven-bed house, Poole Meadow, sits in 15.5 acres of grounds off Beamish Lane and has been on the market for £1.8m.
It is now being purchased by Witherslack Group, which operates nearly 50 special schools, children's homes and vocational training centres across England.
A planning statement submitted by Berrys, the company's planning agent, said there is demand for SEND school places in Shropshire.
It said Poole Meadow had been selected as an appropriate site for a new school due to its rural location, where children will "benefit from a much quieter environment that offers a more nurtured relationship with the local environment".
The planning application will be decided by Shropshire Council.
Angie Hopson, from Claverley, did not know her leg was broken until after the race.

Security is set to be bolstered at a Walsall church in a bid to stop anti-social behaviour and discarded needles being left on the grounds.
Despite the number of incidents dropping at St Marys the Mount Roman Catholic Church, on Vicarage Walk, in recent years, church leaders are looking to bring in more enhanced CCTV and extra fencing around part of the boundary of the Grade II listed building.
Funding of about £60,000 has been secured from the Home Office to cover part of the cost of the project and a planning application has been lodged with Walsall Council.
Father Jobin Kollappallil said some security measures installed previously had helped address some of the issues but added the team were now looking to "eradicate" problems completely.
He said: "In the past we had more issues, but we installed cameras and put some lighting in which means the number of incidents has gone down.
"But we thought we’d improve it further to eradicate them totally and applied for Home Office funding, which was approved."
Planning officers at Walsall Council are expected to make a decision on whether to grant listed building consent for the works next month.
