Mendip: Eleven out of 47 seats have declared so far - the Lib Dems have picked up six, independents have four and the Conservatives one. Pro-Brexit Conservative candidate John Parham has lost his seat in Shepton Mallet. Independents have taken the two seats in that ward.
Sedgemoor: Sixteen out of 48 seats have been declared, with Labour taking nine and and the Conservatives taking seven.
South Somerset:At the halfway point the Lib Dems lead with 18 seats, Conservatives on 11 and one independent. They need 31 to keep control of the council.

Car owners who parked in a village near Bristol Airport have found their tyres let down.
It's thought the vehicles belonged to people who'd parked in Felton before catching a flight.
Villagers say they have an ongoing issue with holidaymakers leaving their cars for long periods of time.
Bristol Airport said it had met with local residents, the police and councillors and wants to introduce a waiting area for taxis and a free-of-charge drop off facility at the airport to try to deal with the issue.

The Conservatives have held on to their majority in South Gloucestershire.

The Conservatives - who took control of the authority in 2015 - have 33 seats, while the Liberal Democrats have 17, and Labour 11.
Toby Savage, the Conservative leader of the council, said it had been a "hard fought battle", but he was "relieved".

If you like your politics mildly dull, South Gloucestershire is traditionally the place to be, says BBC reporter Pete Simson.
"And so it has proved tonight."
He says: "The Conservatives were very anxious and nervous but they have held on to their majority, despite losing a couple of seats to the Liberal Democrats."
The Liberal Democrats have taken control of Bath and North East Somerset council from the Conservatives.
The party overturned a previous Tory majority of seven and has won at least 30 of the 59 seats, with some results still to be declared.
