In Cheltenham so far, the Liberal Democrats have held onto four wards for the borough council, with Tony Oliver, Guy Maughfling, Paul McCloskey and Mike Collins elected.
In Stroud, the Lib Dems have won a gain from the Conservatives with Richard Wilsher elected, while the Greens have held Coaley and Uley and Labour snatch a gain from the Conservatives with Ashley Smith elected.
In the Forest of Dean, independent Jamie Elsmore has won the Berry Hill by-election.
For Gloucester City Council, the Lib Dems have won the Podsmead seat, while the Conservatives have won the Coney Hill ward.
