Dorset and Wiltshire Fire and Rescue Service said it was called to Gipsy Lane at about 02:00 GMT.
Firefighters had the fire “surrounded” by 03:15 and residents were asked to keep their windows and doors closed.
Crews from Swindon, Stratton, Westlea, Stroud and Royal Wootton Bassett attended.
They left once the fire had been put out at about 06:30.
