Business leaders have reacted with caution to a slight rise in unemployment , externalacross Coventry and Warwickshire.
Louise Bennett, chief executive of the Coventry and Warwickshire Chamber of Commerce, said:
“The increase underlines why everything must be done to support business growth at a time where there is economic uncertainty around the world".
The locations for thousands of new homes planned for Warwick district have been revealed.
They now include 900 at the controversial 'Asps' site near Warwick and 1800 at Kings Hill near Stoneleigh.
More than ten thousand homes need to be built in the district by 2029.
The authority also needs to take 6,000 of Coventry's homes.
- Warwick District Council has updated its local plan which includes almost 2,000 houses for Stoneleigh and 700 for Kenilworth
- A 69-year old-man has been left "too frightened" to go out after robbery near a cash-point in Bedworth
- There's been a slight rise in unemployment in Coventry and Warwickshire.
Actors from the Royal Shakespeare Company are being joined on stage in Stratford-upon-Avon by amateur actors from across the country.
They're taking part in a special performance of A Midsummer Night's Dream tonight.

A Coventry man previously exempt from paying the council tax is now one of the people who will have to pay, following recent changes to the system.
Steve Spreadborough, from Wood End, is on benefits and says he will now have to pay £23 in council tax and £56 on the so-called "bedroom tax".
He fears the extra rise will hit him hard financially.

A 69-year-old man's been left too scared to leave his house after a robbery in Bedworth, external.
It happened when he was taking cash out on Congreve Walk last Friday. A man came up behind him, grabbed his arm and made him turn round.
Police say his attacker took the money and left the man shaken.

People living near a primary school in Rugby are voicing concerns about plans to expand a primary school and build two free-schools at the site.
Neighbours in Anderson Avenue say the area can barely cope with the traffic associated with the 200 schoolchildren attending Rokeby Primary at present.
It is thought an extra 1,500 pupils will come to the site as the primary school doubles its intake and a new free secondary school and a new free special school are opened.
Tom Legge, from the Knowledge School Trust, which is looking to build the secondary school, said the search for a site had been difficult because of the high demand for development land in the town.
Discussions are ongoing with several stores to move into Nuneaton and Bedworth town centres, external.
