    Derby County's statement says Harry Redknapp "will assist head coach Darren Wassall and the rest of the Rams coaching staff who are in post until the end of the season" when a full review will be undertaken.

    Meanwhile, Darren Wassall is a candidate for the Derby County head coach role beyond the end of this season if he keeps the Rams in the Championship play-off places.

    Wassall took over from Paul Clement with Derby fifth in the table where they remain with nine games to go.

    I told you a couple of days ago that we'd reached the two-year anniversary of the fire which damaged the Assembly Rooms in Derby city centre.

    It's now emerged that a decision on whether the popular entertainment venue should be replaced on the current site won't be made until summer.
