There were no Covid-related deaths at either of Nottinghamshire's two main hospital trusts in the week up to the 21 April, health bosses say.
The last time there were seven days without Covid deaths at Nottingham University Hospitals Trust (NUHT) or Sherwood Forest Hospitals Trust (SFHT) was between 5-11 September.
Amanda Sullivan, interim executive at the two trusts, said: "It’s a tremendous psychological boost for those people working in our hospitals, to see the results of the vaccination programme, the reduction in rates and the impact of the lockdown coming to fruition.
"Seeing the benefits of all that with far fewer people coming into hospital is a tremedous boost for those staff."
Since the start of the pandemic there have been 1,713 Covid deaths in Nottinghamshire.

The crew of the Derbyshire, Leicestershire & Rutland Air Ambulance was forced to make an emergency landing yesterday after a bird strike smashed its cockpit window.
The helicopter was returning from a mission to its airbase at East Midlands Airport at about 13:30 when it was forced to land in the Peak District close to Carsington Water.
The air ambulance said bird strikes like this are a "very rare occurrence" and thanked the landowner for their support.
Confirming no-one was hurt, a spokesman said: "All crew have emergency operating procedures for incidents, and these were followed methodically. The crew of the helicopter are very experienced and ensured the safe landing of the damaged aircraft.”
