- The A374 Harvey Street in Torpoint is closed with delays in both directions because of an accident. Local diversions are in place with ferry-bound traffic to use Carbeile Road and Marine Drive.
- The B3193 is closed in both directions between the B3344 junction in Chudleigh and the B3212 Farrant's Hill junction in Dunsford, because of an accident involving a crane and recovery work.
- There's slow traffic on the B3416 Deep Lane in Plympton at Deep Lane junction in the roadworks area. Congestion to the Holland Road junction.
- There is very slow traffic on the A390 in both directions between Truro and Chiverton Cross Roundabout due to roadworks.
- Watch out for slow traffic on the B3212 Pinhoe Road in both directions in Exeter because of a traffic light failure.

Hospital bed-blocking in Cornwall is at its highest point over the last 12 months and is "not going away".
Beds lost due to delays in ongoing care packages in September was five times the target figure. The situation is likely to remain for "a considerable period", according to Jim McKenna, the Cornwall Council cabinet member responsible for health.
However, health bosses said the situation was expected to improve with pressure easing on some services.
