In Plymouth, on the A38 near Outland Road, there is heavy traffic due to a car fire.
A project helping former service personnel to build their own homes will be officially opened in Plymouth later today.
The Nelson Project works in partnership with the local housing association, Plymouth City Council, and other agencies to create affordable housing for military veterans.
Twenty-four homes have been created at the development in the Millbay area of the city.

HMS Albion and HMS Bulwark are amphibious landing ships, meaning the Royal Navy could lose its ability to assault enemy held beaches.
