Worcester Warriors' chief executive Jim O'Toole has dismissed media reports claiming the club is reneging on plans to invest in the playing budget.
O'Toole says the Warriors have committed to a 25% increase in their rugby budget for the 2016-17 season.
He says director of rugby Dean Ryan is due back from holiday on Monday and it will be business as usual as they plan for the coming Aviva Premiership season.
Warriors have refused to comment on social media speculation linking Ryan with the vacant director of rugby position at Bath saying they never comment on such issues.

The family of a Stourport man killed by an uninsured driver who left the scene of the fatal collisions say they are "satisfied" that he has been jailed for six months.
The body of 36-year-old Matthew Cullum was discovered on Hillary Road in the early hours of 29 August, last year - he died at the scene.
Kamil Jussak, 23, of Long Acre, Kidderminster, pleaded guilty to causing death by driving a vehicle while uninsured, and failing to stop after an accident.

A Kidderminster driver has been jailed for six months for causing the death of a man whose body was found on a road in Stourport-on-Severn.

The university says it currently has 441 students from the European Union out of a total student population of 11,151
The students come from 27 of the 28 EU countries.
