    Hull Kingston Rovers' interim coach James Webster doesn't know whether Albert Kelly (pictured) will be available to play in their final middle 8s game.

    He's currently suspended by the club. Webster says the decision is out of his hands.

    Grimsby Town defender Ben Davies, external (pictured) says no-one's pressing any panic buttons at Blundell Park, following Saturday's home defeat by Crewe. 

    The Mariners are 15th in League Two, as they re-establish themselves as a Football League club. 

    But Davies, one of the numerous summer signings, says the squad as a whole are adjusting to playing at a higher level.

    A mum from Hessle is taking legal action against a hospital who carried out a funeral for her stillborn baby, despite telling her there were no ashes. 

    Jenni Murray's son Jack was cremated in 2002, but she says staff at the Castle Hill hospital told her there was no remains and that she was never told about the funeral.

    North Lincolnshire motorbike racer Guy Martin has suffered another setback in his attempt to set a new land speed record. 

    He came off his 400mph bike when it hit a wet patch on the Bonneville Salt Flats in Utah in America during a test run yesterday.

    Guy wasn't injured and his Triumph Infor Rocket Streamliner will be fully inspected before any more runs take place. 

    The Grimsby racer had hoped to finish a 300mph trial run before attempting to break the current two-wheeled world land speed record of 376.36mph.

    Pocklington Town Council is looking for two new councillors, external

    The two posts have recently become vacant and could be filled following a by-election.

    If there's not enough support from registered voters for a by-election then there'll be a co-option. 

    That's where the council elect a new member from people who've expressed an interest in joining them.

    Sources have confirmed to me that Hull FC Owner Adam Pearson is interested in buying Hull City. 

    Pearson, the current chairman of the Challenge Cup winners, was the chief executive of The Tigers in 2009.

    A huge housing plan on the outskirts of Grimsby has been unveiled. 

    The Brocklesby Estate and housing developer Cyden Homes have teamed up to bring nearly 850 new houses to land at Scartho Top.

    Keith Webster is from Ancer Spa part of the project development team for Scartho Top and says it won't just be new homes:

    Congratulations to St Mary's Church in Barton-Upon-Humber who've amassed more than 15,606 teddies for disadvantaged children. 

    The hand knitted teddies have come from all over the world.

    They're also waiting to hear if they broke a world record for the most teddies in a line.

    Two men who were on holiday in Cleethorpes have been robbed on their way back f, externalrom a night out. 

    It happened by the Boy With The Leaking Boot statue (pictured) at around midnight on Friday when the 37 and 55 year old were approached by two men and a woman. 

    One of the men then assaulted them and stole two gold necklaces and a gold bracelet. 

    Both victims were treated at hospital for head and face injuries.

    The suspect is described as white, aged 20-25, slim with dark brown hair, shaved at the sides and was wearing grey jogging bottoms.

  12. Smaller shop units given the go-ahead at Beverley's Flemingate shopping centrepublished at 09:52 British Summer Time 19 September 2016

    Plans to increase the number of small shop units at Beverley's multi million pound Flemingate (pictured) development have finally been given the go-ahead.

    The move is expected to double the number of smaller shops in the retail complex from seven to 14.

    Councillors had previously rejected similar proposals, claiming the original approval for the scheme had been based on it featuring large shop units.

  14. Sunken wreck to be pulled from River Hullpublished at 09:24 British Summer Time 19 September 2016

    Two sunken boats that have been in the River Hull for decades will be lifted out of the water today.

    The idea is to reduce the risk of flooding in the river, by increasing its flow and improving drainage.

    Over the next few years 20 abandoned boats will be hoisted out of the waterway and the river regularly dredged.

    The River Hull Advisory Board say its part of measures designed to reduce the chance of catastrophic flooding from the River Hull

    So we're finding out where some of the City of Culture money is heading next year. 

    The team behind 2017 have announced which community projects, external will get a share of their £750,000 creative communities fund.

    And we'll find out on Thursday what the first three months of Hull 2017 will look like when the City of Culture team announce what's on from January to March.

  16. Fly tipping - costing us thousandspublished at 08:45 British Summer Time 19 September 2016

     Cope Way in Grimsby was cleaned just last week. Now look at it:

    A dumped armchair, bed and trolley full of bags

    Old mattresses, rusty bits of scrap metal, clothes and even dirty nappies. 

    Illegal dumping and littering are ruining the areas where we live.

    In North East Lincolnshire there have been a thousand incidents of fly tipping , externalsince February. 

    Amongst the worst areas are some of the streets in the East Marsh area of Grimsby.

    And you can find out more about fly tipping, which is the subject of tonight's investigation on BBC Inside Out for Yorkshire and Lincolnshire which is on BBC1 tonight at 19:30.
