A parish council is under pressure to stop ducklings being swept down a sluice leading from the village lake.
Nafferton Parish Council has removed netting protecting the entrance to the sluice because it thinks it will reduce the risk of flooding.
But villager Yvonne Tagg claims ducklings are now being swept to their deaths down the sluice.
