    Police want to identify and find this man in connection with assault in Mc Donalds on Jameson Street in Hull on 23 September. 

    An 18-year-old reported he'd been assaulted following an altercation with another customer.

  4. 'Completely outrageous' Scunthorpe MP reacts to French steel contractpublished at 11:10 British Summer Time 5 October 2016

    Scunthorpe MP Nic Dakin has accused the Tory government of being "unpatriotic" in its decision to have new submarines built using French steel.

    The Mirror newspaper, external reports a French firm has won the contract to supply steel for the new fleet.   

    Had the work been kept in the UK, thousands of jobs could have been protected.

    MP Nic Dakin spoke to me earlier, he's raised the issue of steel procurement many times.

    Grimsby boy Kevin Clifton and wife Karen have helped launch BBC Children in Need's "Do your thing" campaign and are busy encouraging people from all over the region to get involved and fundraise for the charity.

    So whether you bake, tell jokes or can sit in a bath of beans for 24 hours; there are hundreds of ways you can raise money to help support disadvantage children in the UK.

    The Great Grimsby MP has called on the government to make fisheries a priority in its negotiations with the European Union. 

    Melanie Onn says the Secretary of State for Exiting the EU, David Davis the MP for Haltemprice and Howden, claimed the industry could recover if the UK voted to leave. She's now asking him to stand by his words.

    The Ministry of Defence is insisting British steel will be used in the new nuclear-armed submarines to replace Trident.  

    Defence Secretary, Sir Michael Fallon, has announced £1.25bn will be spent constructing the new fleet of submarines that carry the controversial trident missiles. This morning the Mirror newspaper , externalreports the submarines are being built using French steel. 

    Paul McBean is from the Community Union at British Steel in Scunthorpe, he said this is "absolute betrayal" and thousands of jobs could now be at risk.

    A union boss says British steelworkers have been betrayed as it was reported that a foreign firm will supply metal for the new fleet of nuclear submarines. 

    Defence Secretary Sir Michael Fallon announced £1.25 billion to begin the first building phase of the new fleet for the nuclear deterrent system. 

    The Ministry of Defence says the construction programme involves a number of contracts and has insisted that British steel will be used to build the four submarines.
