    Wakefield Trinity Wildcats prop Mickael Simon has signed a one-year contract extension, keeping him at the club until the end of the 2017 season.

    Simon, 29, joined the Wildcats from Catalans Dragons, and has played nine times in Super League this year.

    A West Yorkshire man's been jailed for ten and a half years for a sex attack on a four-year-old boy.

    Thirty-year-old Tyler Lyness from Steeton, Keighley, also shared indecent images of the child on the internet.

    He was sentenced at Bradford Crown Court today.
