    Sue O'Grady from Sprotbrough near Doncaster has sold her house to travel the world on her motorbike.

    Pet owners in a part of Leeds have been warned to be vigilant after two cats died from licking antifreeze.

    Officers from the Local Neighbourhood Policing Team were called to the Queenshill Estate in Moortown when the pets became very ill and had to be taken to the vets who put them to sleep.

    The two separate reports from different cat owners happened on the same day, but it isn't known how the pets came to consume the antifreeze. 

    Police say that a wider concern is that a child could also pick it up.

    Mr Livingstone has been suspended from the party since April 2016 when he claimed Hitler had supported Zionism in the 1930s.

    Some Labour MPs and Jewish groups have criticised the decision not to expel Mr Livingstone, who was defending Bradford MP Naz Shah over claims she had made anti-Semitic social media posts.

    A man in his 70s has died after a crash that involved five cars close to Pool-in-Wharfedale this morning.

    The accident happened at about 08:30 BST on the B6161 a woman also suffered chest and back injuries in the collision.

    Several road closures were in place at the time and North Yorkshire Police are appealing for any witnesses to the crash to come forward.

    The family of missing 51-year-old Halema Smedley are concerned for her welfare as she's not been seen for nearly 24 hours.

    She was last seen at around 23:30 BST on Tuesday on Kilvington Road in Sheffield and is thought to be wearing black leggings, white trainers and black bomber jacket.

    She's not been seen or contactable since her disappearance and South Yorkshire Police are appealing for help in finding her.

    Lib Dem Baroness Randerson says engineering firm CH2M's withdrawal from the HS2 project is a "depressing indictment" of the way it is being carried out, but Transport Minister Lord Ahmad of Wimbledon rules out an inquiry.

    CH2M's £170m contract was to develop Phase 2b, stretching from Crewe to Manchester and Birmingham to Leeds.

    But the contract signing was delayed as officials were reportedly investigating concerns from rival bidder Mace over alleged conflicts of interest.

    CH2M blamed the exit on "protracted delays and ongoing speculation".

    An Edwardian street corner pub in Sheffield has won praise from the Campaign for Real Ale for the restoration work that has seen it restored to the former glory. 

    The Ship Inn in Shalesmoor had been shut for many years after the interior fell into disrepair but the pub has now been restored to the former Edwardian glory.

    The inquest into the deaths of three men at a care home in North Yorkshire has heard that one those who died was emaciated and severely dehydrated. 

    Albert Pooley died last year at Sowerby House in Thirsk which has been at the centre of the recent headlines.
