This semi-detached home in Loughborough is attracting visitors from all over Europe and it's all because of the car parked on the driveway...
The owner Steve Carroll is involved in a pilot for a new generation of technology where an electric car can power a house for up to two days - certainly useful in a power cut.
It's also exciting for experts who think it has the potential to help power big stadiums and entire neighbourhoods in years to come.
This is a "vehicle to grid unit," Steve said.
He said it will "allow the control system of the house to charge and discharge energy from the much bigger battery inside the electric vehicle so we can use some of the electricity in the home."

A woman from Leicester has been speaking out about losing her mother to a brain tumour three months after she was diagnosed.
Sneha Cansara said: "I couldn’t believe that in this day and age mum could have something which was 'incurable'.
"We are a very close family and we were hoping we would have at least a year with mum after her diagnosis, but it ended up being just three months."
After her mother's death Sneha set herself a challenge to raise money for more research into the condition and has climbed Mount Kilimanjaro.
She said: "I wanted to do something positive in memory of mum which would bring hope to other families faced with the same situation as ours, so I decided I would set myself a challenge to climb Mount Kilimanjaro. I gave myself a target to raise enough funds to sponsor a day of research at one of Brain Tumour Research’s Centres of Excellence."

Police in the Clarendon Park area of Leicester have just shared a photo of a new defibrillator on the wall of the Co-op.
I did notice this myself the other day but wasn't sure if it was new or not.
It turns out the shop has paid for it by using the 5p carrier bag levy - what a great way to use the money.
It's one of 50 being installed by Central England Co-operative across Leicestershire. Others include Rothley, Kibworth and Melton.

This morning we told you Jim Lynch had been named as the new Team Manager of the Leicester Lions.
The former Great Britain manager was free to accept the offer after Coventry pulled out of the Premiership in November.
Jim Lynch said: "The offer of a job of team manager at Leicester did come as a surprise I must admit. I have been following in the news recent developments at Leicester and am impressed with the improvements being made since Damien Bates took over the club. After he had outlined his plans for the Lions to me it was an easy decision to accept the post.”

M.J. has been in touch with us using Your Questions to find out why part of west Leicestershire has a Warwickshire postcode - places like Market Bosworth, Higham on the Hill and Congerstone all have a CV13 postcode.
He claims some well known local attractions, like Twycross Zoo, are deemed by many visitors to be in Warwickshire because of the postcode: "It is totally misleading and a detriment to Leicestershire."
I've been looking into the issue with the help of the people behind postcodes, the Royal Mail.
They told me that the postcode is their "operational tool" to ensure the accurate sorting, routing and delivery of post and that postcode boundaries do not necessarily reflect geographical boundaries.
Basically - the postcode for a street is determined by its nearest postal town not the county it is in and, as parts of west Leicestershire are closer to Coventry than Leicester, they have a CV postcode.
Postcodes started in 1959 - long before we started using them for things like sat navs.
Royal Mail said organisations who use the data shouldn't solely rely on the post town and recommend using other ways to identify locations.

After an 18 month renovation costing over £4m Leicester Castle has now been let to De Montfort University.
I've been to look around...
First built in 1070 the castle was part of Leicester's medieval defences, as well as playing host to Kings and Queens including two Edwards and Richard III.
Later the Great Hall was used for sessions of the Parliament of England, and until 1992 a courthouse.
