    Police say they're increasingly concerned over the welfare of a man from Sheffield who's been missing from his home for two days.

    Paul Sargant, 32, was last seen in the Melrose Road area of Burngreave at about 08:30 on Monday morning.

    He's described as about 6ft, of slim build with short, light brown hair and facial stubble or a short beard.

    Police believe he could be wearing a white or grey hooded jacket and grey and silver Adidas LA trainers.

    He also has links to Nottingham and officers want to hear from anyone who has seen or heard from him since Monday morning.

    A man has been convicted of murder after stabbing a man in the chest in retaliation for a comment made at a party.

    Ezekiel Braithwaite, 20, of no fixed address, confronted Pedro Godinho in a car park in Leicester in March.

    Braithwaite's trial at Leicester Crown Court heard the attack took place after he took offence to comments believed to have been made by Mr Godinho about his relatives.

    Braithwaite, who will be sentenced on Friday, was also found not guilty of attempted grievous bodily harm on a second man.

    Police believe a body found in the River Derwent earlier today is missing woman Manjit Kaur.

    The 77-year-old disappeared from her home in Allenton on Saturday.

    Derbyshire Police say the body was found in a stretch of the river near to Meadow Road but a formal identification has yet to take place.
