    Family members and friends of Mary, Shane and Sean Ragoobeer have now entered Leicester Cathedral for their funeral service.

    I’ve been told the cathedral is full inside with about 600 people seated and standing.

    The congregation is singing inside. It can be heard from outside, creating a very emotional atmosphere.

    Groups of young people have began arriving at Leicester Cathedral for the funeral of Mary Ragoobar and her sons Shane and Sean Ragoobeer.

    Many of them are wearing Manchester United shirts with “Seanyboy” or “Seany” on the back. Others are in Liverpool shirts with the name “Shane” or “Shaney” on them.

    Derby is the second best place in the UK to earn a living according to a survey by a credit rating company.

    It was the only East Midlands city to rank in the top 10 by researchers, who looked at salary, mortgage repayments, cost of living, unemployment levels and job growth.

    Leicester and Nottingham were rated among the worst places to live, ranking at 46 and 52 out of the 59 locations that were surveyed.

    Crawley, in West Sussex, was ranked in the top slot.

    But their future looks uncertain, with site owner Calon Energy hoping to build a gas-fired power station.

    Leicester City manager Claude Puel said he was happy with his side's performance in last night's 0-0 draw at home to Southampton.

    The reshuffled Foxes created a number of good chances but were unable to convert them in the King Power Stadium stalemate.

    The result moves Leicester onto 44 points - the same as they got in the entire campaign last season. Their next game is at Crystal Palace on 28 April.

    Oh deer! This poor creature needed to be rescued after getting himself trapped between a wall and a garage near Whaley Bridge yesterday.

    RSPCA staff worked with firefighters to free the stricken animal after its predicament was reported to them shortly after 15:00.

    Hopefully the unfortunate deer will be more careful in future. Thankfully it was fine and was released back into the wild shortly after its ordeal.

    A break-in at a Nottingham food bank has been described as a 'slap in the face' by those running it.

    Thieves targeted the Bestwood and Bulwell food bank in Top Valley on Sunday night, taking a few boxes of biscuits.

    St Philip's Church, where it's based, will have to pay hundreds of pounds to repair the damage caused.

    A father whose wife and two sons were killed in the explosion at a shop in Hinckley Road in Leicester earlier this year has told the BBC he felt "powerless" when he saw the devastation.

    Jose Ragoobeer has been speaking publicly for the first time since the blast, which claimed the lives of his wife Mary, and sons, Shane and Sean.

    Shane's girlfriend Leah Reek, 18, and 22-year-old shop worker Viktorija Ijevleva also died.

    A woman is in hospital with serious injuries after an explosion at a bungalow in Leicester yesterday.

    The home was completely destroyed by the blast, which caused a loud bang and shook nearby properties in Kirkby Lane in Peckleton at about 18:40.

    Investigations into the cause of the blast are due to continue today.
