There's just over a week to go until this year's Lincoln 10k road race.
More than 5,500 runners have signed up for the event, which is being held on Sunday 7 April.
Last year's event was held in July, at the start of the heatwave, after being postponed in March because of heavy snow.
The race has established itself as one of the most popular in the region because of the flat and fast course.

Phil Brandon joined the charity in 1996.
He set up the organisation's successful lottery, which now has more than 11,000 members.
He's also been in charge of the charity's twenty five shops which, he says, have become an important part of the community.
Mr Brandon paid tribute to the charity: "We could not operate without volunteers; without them the whole thing would come to a standstill.
"They're so committed and want to make money for the hospice."
