Alex Buchan, 14, died at a house on Fleet Street in Holbeach in the early hours of Saturday morning.
Paramedics and police were called to the address.
Lincolnshire Police say a 15-year-old girl, and two men, both 19, were arrested for drugs related offences.
Alex's father, Alexander Buchan, 60, says he last saw his son on Friday evening.
He said: "Alex was so loving and helpful, he would help anyone, and he was loved by all his family.

The decision to chop down a tree in Lincoln city centre will be looked into again, City of Lincoln Council has confirmed.
The authority recently approved plans to remove what was described as a "very poorly" tree, along with a former tourist information kiosk, to create a larger public square in the Cornhill area.
But after residents raised concerns, the council says it will commission a report into the health of the tree, although it can't say for definite it will be "retained".
