Immediate action is needed to improve fire safety in social housing in parts of Lincolnshire, a report has found.

South Kesteven District CouncilImage source, Google

Criticisms contained within the report include some fire safety testing not being undertaken at eight sheltered accommodation properties or communal areas.

There are also concerns about records missing key information, follow-up action not being carried out, certain risk assessments not taking place and this year’s electrical testing programme not being implemented.
