There's still no word on when or even if a coronavirus vaccination centre will be set up in Sleaford.

    Vaccine

One had been promised by the end of last month, but people are still being asked to travel to the nearest site in Grantham.

Andy Fox from the Lincolnshire Public Health team says they're hoping a mobile service will be launched soon for people who are housebound, but says some jabs are already being done in the community.

    Quote Message

There already are people going round from the Primary Care networks, the GP practices to try and help some of those people who are housebound and get them vaccinated. A mobile unit obviously would expand that capacity so we'd be pleased to see that.
