The fire is ongoing and smoke is spreading across the motorway between junction 24 and 25.

Heavy traffic is queuing on the A102 northbound in Greenwich at the Blackwall Tunnel junction because of an earlier broken down vehicle.
Journeys through the area are taking around 50 minutes.

The fire, which is being tackled by 72 firefighters, began in Whitewebbs Lane in Enfield, north London, at about 02:00 GMT.
