    A murder investigation has been launched after a 20-year-old man was stabbed to death in south London.

     Police were called to Penwortham Road in Tooting shortly before 16:00 on Monday.

    The man died at the scene, despite efforts by paramedics to save him.

    The report also found that 50% of young people have been bullied at some point in the past year, according to anti-bullying charity Ditch the Label.

    Commuters wanting to use Euston station are advised to use King’s Cross or Warren Street stations if possible until mid-2017 as it has a reduced escalator service. 

    There is also a reduced escalator service at Green Park due to engineering works.

    And there are possible delays on the Gatwick Express and Southern services between Victoria and Gatwick Airport due to a points failure at Victoria. 

    On the A243 Surrey there is heavier than usual traffic on the road northbound between the M25 J9 in Leatherhead and the Hook Road junction in Chessington.

    The M25 Kent clockwise is seeing slow traffic between J4 and J5.
