Simon Dann, whose family has been farming at North Tuddenham, near Dereham, since the 1930s says he's trying to increase income and cut costs to ensure future generations of his family can continue farming.

He's planning on giving customers at his farm shop their first litre of unpasteurised milk in refillable bottles and is hoping it will help boost his income.

  4. Milk production costs too high, say dairy farmerspublished at 08:20 British Summer Time 1 June 2016

Some of Norfolk's dairy farmers say the cost of milk production is double the price they can sell it for with one farmer saying he only gets between 13p and 20p per litre for his milk.

In the last 30 years, the number of dairy farmers in Norfolk has fallen from 250 to about 20.

The farmers' union, the NFU, is calling for changes to ensure a fair price for producers, arguing that prices have dropped further in the UK since milk production quotas in the EU were scrapped last year.
