Fifty-seven of Labour's parliamentary candidates have backed a letter telling Jeremy Corbyn to go.
The letter was organised by local Labour member Kevin McKeever and it's been signed by names including Sally Keeble, previously MP of Northampton North, and Abigail Campbell who stood in Daventry.
In the Commons this afternoon, Jeremy Corbyn said: "Our country is divided and the country will thank neither the benches in front of me nor those behind for indulging in internal factional manoeuvring at this time."

It will be a dry start to Tuesday with spells of sunshine, but rain is expected to move eastwards during the afternoon and this could turn heavy. Highs of 19C (66F).

Maj Bob Tom, from Essex, was was launched in Leicestershire on Sunday and then came down in a field in Creaton in Northamptonshire... but he hasn't been seen since.

An Action Man astronaut doll is missing after being launched into near space.
The original 1966 doll, belonging to Rob Wisdom, from Essex, was launched in Leicestershire on Sunday to celebrate Action Man's 50th anniversary.
Image source, Rob WisdomIt travelled 19 miles (30km) before falling back to earth. A tracker device led the team to a Northamptonshire field but "Major Bob Tom", his space capsule and camera were gone.
A reward has been offered, external and a "Find Major Tom" campaign started.

Northampton band OhBoy! says Glastonbury "has their hearts" after performing on the BBC Introducing stage on Saturday afternoon.
Emailing us today, the group says the mud almost took a few of their wellies too...
They thank everyone for their "kind words and support", adding they had "the most amazing time".

Alex Ward, from Northampton, has unfortunately been beaten in the first round of Wimbledon.
The 26-year-old, number 245 in the world, had a battle on his hands and lost to the 11th seed, Belgium's David Goffin 6-2, 6-3, 6-2.

Sally Keeble, the former Labour MP for Northampton North, has written a piece for the party's magazine "Progress".
She said there were "two fat failures for the Labour party in the European referendum".
She wrote: "One was the inability to mobilise the support of Labour supporters to vote for the party's policy to remain in the European Union.
"The other was the inability to articulate the fears and concerns of voters who would normally look to Labour for their chance of a better life.
"This was painfully visible in Northampton."

The South Northamptonshire MP Andrea Leadsom has refused to say if she will stand for the Conservative party leadership.
The prominent Leave campaigner is third favourite with some bookies.
She told Radio 4's World At One: "I'm looking at all sorts of angles and considering and I'm not saying anything at this moment".

Since the EU referendum results revealed the UK voted to leave, people have been compiling reports on social media of racism they've encountered.
Just this lunchtime in Northampton, I heard a man talking about voting Leave. He said "we now live in independent Britain", adding if people "don't like it, they can [expletive] back to where they came from".
The BBC has compiled a list of examples where people have experienced hostility because of the colour of their skin and their ethnic background in the past few days.

Today's the start of Wimbledon. And Alex Ward, from Northampton, will be making his tournament debut after being given a wildcard.
He'll be third on Court three today facing world number 11, Belgium's David Goffin.
This unusual cloud formation was captured over Northamptonshire by two BBC Weather Watchers. This is Aldwincle from 'rob'...
And this is Northampton from 'CTA1000'...
The formation called cirrus fibratus vertebratus is caused by air moving parallel to the main cloud line. The "ribs" of the cloud correspond with areas of uplift.
Meanwhile, this afternoon will be dry and sunny, with the highest temperatures of 19C (66F) likely around Northampton. BBC Weather has more.

Voters without degrees were more likely to back leaving the European Union, figures suggest.
In Corby just 14.9% of the population have university degrees, according to the 2011 census. And in the town 64% voted Leave.
But its relationship with Europe is more complicated than it first appears.

Many of today's talking points from the fallout of the EU referendum come from Boris Johnson's column in the Telegraph today, but he's not the only Leave MP to take up newspaper inches...

She says "everything must be done to involve the Scots and Northern Irish who voted Remain, and the English and Welsh who voted Leave" and to "work towards full collaboration with all MPs of all parties".
Peter Bone says there is "no logic" to argument that the economy is going to suffer in the wake of the vote to leave the EU.

The Conservative MP for Wellingborough told BBC Radio Northampton there was no reason why jobs would be under threat, adding people should still "be able to buy houses".

However, he told BBC Radio Northampton these were "extraordinary times".
Mr Bone, who campaigned for the UK to leave the EU, said it "wasn't helpful" people were "talking this country down" and said things looked positive despite the immediate economic downturn.
