    I'm afraid those of you out there still dreaming of a white Christmas may well be disappointed. 

    It'll be a frosty start to the big day but cloud and rain will then work its way in over Nottinghamshire.

    Forest's embargo could be lifted by The Football League in the summer if they can show that they have stayed within the maximum permitted FFP deviation of £13m (£5m loss plus £8m shareholder investment) for the 2015/16 season.

  14. The world's oldest Christmas pudding?published at 11:31

    As well as making me feel slightly peckish, that last story got me thinking about what's possibly the world’s oldest Christmas pudding.

    It was discovered in Poole after 112 years.

    Mmmm… crunchy.
