About 150 people attended a vigil in memory of Mariam Moustafa.

The 18-year-old Egyptian student died on Wednesday, three weeks after she was allegedly punched repeatedly by six women on a bus in Nottingham.

Nottinghamshire Police have said there is no evidence to suggest the assault was hate related.

Scores of people, including Miss Moustafa's father Mohamed, gathered in Nottingham's Old Market Square for the vigil yesterday evening.
