On South Today tonight: Councils need more powers to prevent sex abuse being carried out in guest houses, according to a report by Oxford City Council which is launching a voluntary code of good practice.
It comes in response to the Bullfinch case - where a number of Oxford's guest houses were used by a grooming gang to carry out abuse on young girls.

Many couples turn to IVF and NICE guidelines say you should get three free cycles if you meet the criteria - but here in Oxfordshire couples are only offered one.
We'll speak to Tim Child, consultant gynaecologist at the John Radcliffe Hospital, who helped draw up the NICE guidelines and hear from someone who paid to have the treatment privately.

A 15-year-old ice skater who goes to school in Oxford has been speaking about his triumph at the Figure Skating Championships, external.
Daniel Weston was crowned National Champion in his category earlier this month.
He said: "You feel quite good about what you do and then you get to a point when you look back at what you were doing and you think, that was quite bad, and now look where I've gone."

The number of finds of treasure in Oxfordshire has risen by 46% in 2015 compared to that of last year.

Finds liaison officer Anni Byard said: "I think the increase is due to better relationships between metal detectorists and the authorities."

A Thames Valley Police officer has been sacked for using taxpayers’ money to fill up his own vehicle, external.
People in Oxfordshire have been asked if they would be willing to pay more council tax to save services - nearly 80% said they would be happy to pay more, external.
One-in-five said they were willing to see their bill go up by 15%.
That would mean an average extra £185 in council tax for every household per year, but the council would then only have to find £12m, rather than £50m in savings.

Oxford City chairman Brian Cox says he is "not worried at all" and they'll "just carry on as normal", after the club's Amercian president and director Thomas Guerriero quit the club citing ill health.
Guerriero, 39, has been named in the United States as one of nine defendants in a $6.6m stock investment fraud case.
The Security Exchange Commission in the United States alleges fraud and conspiracy to commit fraud.
The charges relate to the separate Florida-based Oxford City Football Club Incorporated - which owns 49% of its UK namesake.
Guerriero has so far been unavailable for comment.
Using a stroke drug that was abandoned during trials and could now be used to treat bipolar disorder, external, has helped researchers progress its development more rapidly.
The work proved the drug was safe for use in humans and Oxford researchers were able to use the existing safety information to fast track an initial trial of ebselen in people.
