    A 17-year-old girl was walking in Preston Road at about 15:00 on 20 January when the driver of a car exposed himself to her, external.

    The car was a blue saloon, possibly a Jaguar, with a possible registration starting SP09.

    Police have released an image of a man they would like to speak to over the incident.

    A leading doctor based in Oxford who acted as an expert witness for parents accused of killing or harming their children has been removed from the medical register, after she was found to have misled some courts and given irresponsible evidence.

    A disciplinary panel found Dr Waney Squier, who disputes the diagnosis of so-called "shaken baby syndrome", gave evidence outside her area of expertise and also misrepresented research to support her views.

    A General Medical Council (GMC) tribunal today said it considered the breaches "very serious" and she had "caused harm to the reputation of the profession and the tribunal cannot be satisfied that there would be no repetition of your misconduct".

    The tribunal has determined that your conduct is fundamentally incompatible with continued registation as a medical practitioner. As such it has determined that your name be erased from the medical register. The tribunal considers that erasure is the only appropriate sanction which will maintain public confidence in the profession.

    An investigation is underway after a blaze broke out in a shed in Oxford.

    Fire crews were called to Collinwood Road about 19:00 yesterday.

    Two sheds, nearby trees and parts of the house were affected.

    A new medical database being trialed in Oxfordshire could increase people's chances of survival if found unconscious.

    People will have to sign up to it and will be given an ID number to carry on them at all times, which will give paramedics quick access to details such as the patient's medical history, allergies and blood type.
