    A Shropshire couple whose baby died after failings at Ludlow Hospital, say it's unbelievable that key policies weren't put in place until last year. 

    Midwives who've been found to have altered notes about the treatment of baby Kate Stanton-Davies could face action by their professional body.

    Kate's father, Richard Stanton, criticised the time it's taken to implement changes at the midwife-led maternity unit.

    There are no major incidents to report this morning. 

    However, the Ludford Bridge in Ludlow remains closed after it was hit by a vehicle on Sunday night. You can still walk and cycle across the bridge but if you're driving there's a diversion via Henley Road and Gravel Hill from the A49. 

    Lower Broad Street is closed in both directions due to emergency repairs between Whitcliffe Road and Lower Broad Street.
