    The Brexit process has been thrown into chaos after the High Court ruled that Theresa May doesn't have the legal power to trigger it

    Instead, the judges said it's up to Parliament to decide on beginning the formal leaving procedure, known as Article 50. It means MPs and peers could either block Brexit or delay it.

    It's the second reading in the Commons today of a Private Members' Bill, external brought by the Sheffield Heeley MP Louise Haigh, external to reduce abuse of workers by companies. 

    This would extend the remit of the Gangmasters Licensing Authority to cover additional sectors in the economy. 

    The authority currently covers food and drink sectors only and ensures that licences are only given to labour providers which meet standards on health, safety, accommodation, pay, transport and training.

    The bill would extend the need for licences to construction, care services, retail, cleaning, warehousing and the transportation of goods.

    Rotherham striker Danny Ward says he isn't thinking about the possibility of a new deal at the New York Stadium. 

    The 25-year-old has scored eight goals this season and he's out of contract in the summer. But Ward didn't want to discuss the subject ahead of tomorrow's game against Preston.

    Barnsley midfielder Ryan Kent believes they are good enough to make the Championship play-offs this season. 

    The Reds were tipped to struggle this season, but currently sit 12th after a good start to the season. 

    Kent thinks even better is to come.

    A mum has raised concerns over a shortage of school places for children with autism in Rotherham.

    A purpose-built unit had had been built at Flanderwell, costing over half-a-million pounds. 

    Yet it was shut down just a year after it opened, external - because the council said it wasn't safe. 

    Nicola Webster's son James has autism and she says the situation is upsetting - and it's making her son's anger management problems even worse:

    Rotherham council says most children with autism have their needs met within mainstream schools and that a new all-age autism strategy is currently being developed in partnership with young people and specialists in the field.

    Efforts are being made in the Abbeydale Road area of Sheffield to prevent trouble on bonfire night. 

    People have organised a community carnival and bonfire tomorrow near to Mount Pleasant Park. 

    Last year a group of 15 to 20 youths threw rocks and fireworks at cars, blockaded the road and smashed windows of some local businesses. 

    Ben Lydiat runs the Rude Shipyard cafe on Abeydale Road. His windows were smashed last year and he's hoping there won't be a repeat this year:

    A judge in Sheffield will today sentence eight men found guilty of the sexual abuse of three girls in Rotherham. 

    The men were found guilty last month of sixteen charges in connection with the sexual abuse of three teenage girls between 1999 and 2003.
