The former two time World Superbike Champion has now launched a flourishing musical career as the front man for Toseland.
Get a look at one his songs from our gig last night...
You'll be able to listen to the gig on Saturday at 17:05 on BBC Radio Sheffield.

Sheffield's Joe Root and Moeen Ali shared an unbroken century partnership as England reached 209-3 at tea on the first day of the first Test against India in Rajkot.
Having lost three wickets before lunch things didn't look good, but Root's 93 and Moeen's 48 have helped to turn around England's fortunes before the break.

There's some disruption on East Midlands Trains between Sheffield and London.
It's not because of snow - instead faulty signals in Luton are to blame.
There'll be fewer trains and those that are running will see delays of up to 20 minutes.
If you want to avoid the disruption, your ticket will be accepted if you want to travel to London via Doncaster instead.

The good news is there seems to be no major disruption on the roads.
The Woodhead Pass was closed earlier this morning but it is now open as normal.
If you see any disruption then tweet us on @BBCSheffield if it's safe to do so!

What's left of the snow, sleet and rain should clear during the morning.

I'm out and about across South Yorkshire chasing the snow.
We're starting to see it fall more heavily and give a dusting to the north of Sheffield.
Here's a snap I took in a layby of the A616 Stocksbridge bypass a little earlier...
If you have any information on the snow where you are - why not tweet us on @BBCSheffield?

Thanks to our Weather Watcher The Wendy House for taking this snap of the snow in Stannington...
We love getting your photos so if you've got some snow photos tweet them to us on @BBCSheffield or e-mail them to us.
