    Some branches of McDonald's and KFC are banning under 18s from eating inside because of anti-social behaviour.

    It's after a fight broke out between 20 teenagers near the Meir Park area of Stoke-on-Trent a few weeks ago.

    A shortage of GPs in Staffordshire is now at "crisis point", according to a doctor in the Moorlands. 

    His comments come as The Royal College of General Practitioners, external predicts the NHS, external in the West Midlands will need to recruit 50% more GPs by 2020 to cope with the demand for their services.

    Dr Andrew Green, a GP in Biddulph, says many medical students feel more comfortable in hospitals, where much of their training is based.

    Over recent years the number of deer killed by cars driving through Cannock Chase, external has been on the increase. 

    In the last year alone more than 160 were knocked down in the Staffordshire beauty spot. 

    But now a radical new idea from America to keep deer away from the roads is being tried out.

    A Stoke-on-Trent road where the city council, external says the majority of drivers speed at nearly 10mph over the limit sees additional safety work start today. 

    Over £100,000 will be spent on Blurton Road,  between the A50 junction and St Margaret's Grove, to try and get motorists to keep to 30mph.

    It's thought IBS now affects up to 11% of people across the UK - there's no known cure. 

    Experts at Macclesfield Hospital, external will explain symptoms and give patients advice on things like diet and treatments.

    Downing Street will name the new Bishop of Lichfield tomorrow. 

    The Right Reverend Jonathan Gledhill stood down as bishop last September

    Since then, the Bishop of Wolverhampton, Clive Gregory, external, has acted up. 

    It's one of the most senior roles in the Church of England, external, with a seat in the House of Lords as a Lord Spiritual. 

    The person appointed will be the 99th Bishop and will visit Sanctus at St. Mark's Church, external in Shelton at lunchtime tomorrow and will then take up the post this September.
