The deal that takes him to Bournemouth doesn't quite match the record transfer fee of an initial £8.1m which Ipswich received for Connor Wickham (pictured right) in 2011.

Mings is expected to leave Ipswich for Bournemouth later today in a deal believed to be worth £8m.

School still 'requires improvement'
BBC Radio Suffolk
Felixstowe Academy has been told it still 'requires improvement' following an Ofsted inspection earlier this month.
The academy, which was formed by the merger of Orwell High and Deben High schools, had the same rating when it was last inspected in November 2013.
Ofsted said problem areas included not enough progress being made in helping most-able pupils in maths, not challenging pupils sufficiently and some persistent absences. The academy is yet to comment.

Wyman objects to Rolling Stones plaque
Andrew Woodger
BBC News Online
Bill Wyman, the former Rolling Stone, has complained about a plaque put up in Dartford which credits Mick Jagger and Keith Richards with forming the band.
Wyman, who owns Gedding Hall near Bury St Edmunds, says the credit should go to guitarist Brian Jones, who put the band together in 1962.
"Mick Jagger and Keith Richards didn't create the Rolling Stones - they were part of The Rolling Stones like all of us. Brian Jones... gave the name The Rolling Stones, he chose the music and he was the leader," Wyman told BBC Radio 5 Live.
