    Barrow's Conservative MP Simon fell has been talking in the House of Commons about the complications of Covid-19 restrictions in South Cumbria.

    Mr Fell told the Health secretary, Matt Hancock, that part of his area was in tier 3 - medium risk, and part in tier 2 - high risk, and he was not sure which rules people travelling between the two should follow.

    Mr Hancock said people following the rules would help Barrow leave tier 2.
