    Rossi Henderson, 28, and Nicholas Robertson, 21, are wanted for "displaying poor behaviour and allegedly committing further offences".

    Winners included Shop, Relax Restaurant, Half Man Half Burger, The Wine Shed, Spread Eagle Tattoo, Calneva, Bobos Flowers and Kino-Teatr.

    Police have named a lorry driver who was killed in a crash with another heavy goods vehicle on the A27 near Chichester.

    David Ifould, 55, from Andover, in Hampshire, died in the collision at Bosham last Thursday.

    His wife has issued a statement, describing him as a "warm and generous man", whose "biggest love" was his family including his three sons aged 5, 9 and 16.

    Police said the circumstances of the crash were still being investigated.
