    The South East set to be covered in fog this evening - the spookiest of the year - with the Met Office issuing a yellow fog warning across the region.

    Fog is predicted to form around 19:00 BST and last until around 10:00 BST tomorrow morning.

    The water at Camber Sands has claimed another life this summer, it has been disclosed.

    Mohit Dupar got into difficulties on the same day that 19-year-old Brazilian Gustavo Silva Da Cruz died at the popular beach on July 24.

    Mr Dupar died in hospital four days later but details of his death have only now been publicly revealed - the day before inquests are held into their deaths.

    Sussex Police are still looking for this man after he breached his prison licence conditions. 

    Stephen David Lund, who's also known as Peter James Lund, was jailed for life for murder in 1980. 

    He was released last year but police believe he's since defrauded a woman of £30,000. 

    His last known address was at a caravan park in Pett Level Road, Winchelsea.

    East Sussex County Council's chief executive has thanked firefighters after a fire broke out at County Hall in Lewes this morning.

    The fire is now out and nobody was injured.

    We are extremely grateful to the ESFRS for their prompt attendance and pleased there were no injuries. The fire has affected only one section of the building and parts of County Hall are open for business as usual. We do not expect any serious disruption to our services."

    Three people have been charged in connection with a hit and run in Brighton earlier this year. 

    A 53-year-old man was knocked down by a car as he crossed Montague Place in Kemptown in January.

    The victim has since recovered from his injuries. 

    All three are due to appear at Brighton magistrates next month.
