A subsidiary company of Brighton and Hove Albion has announced plans for the company's first store at Lancing as well as 600 new homes, a new school, community centre, and a Country Park.

But not everyone is happy with proposals, with concerns over flooding in the Lancing and Shoreham area.

    Quote Message

This area is a flood risk area. I know people don't like me pouring water all over the good news this morning, but that's a fact.

    Quote Message

Tidal walls will reduce the flood risk for the river and tidal flooding, but what it won’t change is the ground water situation. That whole area is still a floodplain, it's at 75% risk of flooding from ground water levels."

The museum says the capsule is an important part of the UK's space history and hopes that it will inspire the public.

Interestingly, it's still slightly singed from re-entry into the Earth's atmosphere. Now that's pretty cool.
