Drinking during pregnancy is extremely harmful to babies still developing in their mother's womb.
Clare Devanney from County Durham is the adoptive mum to three siblings who have all been diagnosed with Feotal Alchohol Spectrum Disorder, external.
She has a daughter who is 10 and two sons who are 11 and 12.
She is sharing to her story to mark International Foetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder Day tomorrow.
