    It's a nice, bright Thursday morning up at Stormont for day 77 of the Renewable Heat Incentive Inquiry.

    Today the inquiry hears more from John Mills, the former energy boss at the Department of Enterprise, Trade and Investment, on what he knew about the debacle.
