Mr Cameron said what happened in East Anglia was wrong and that the change was made without the knowledge of the Trusts' board. He tells MPs the decision was reversed and investigated, and concluded there was "no harm to patients". He says a proper discussion is needed on the NHS and repeats calls for Ed Miliband to apologise for allegedly saying he wanted to "weaponise" the NHS.
