11:16It will take several days for nigh-on 650 MPs to each take the oath or affirmation of parliamentary service, so swearing in is scheduled to finish on 26 May, the day before the formal start of the parliamentary session at State Opening.
The Lords have officially completed their swearing in - but it is likely further swearing in will be dragged out over the next six months, to mop up any stragglers who were missed out.
