    Mr Cameron urges Labour MPs to vote with the government on the fiscal charter. Mr Corbyn says it would be helpful if he could answer the question he asked. What is he doing to help local authorities build the homes people need.

    Speaker Bercow then steps in to tell MPs to "stop chuntering", telling them: "Be as good as you can be." 

    Mr Corbyn says he is totally calm. Perhaps the PM can write to him with a proper answer on housing, he says, to Mr Cameron's amusement.
